Alan L. Rachlin, B.Sc., M.Sc., J.D., of the Ontario Bar, is a lawyer with the Toronto law firm of Rachlin & Wolfson LLP. He has wide experience in automobile insurance litigation, and has handled cases at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
