About the Author
Lorne H. Wolfson received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1974, his LL.M. from the University of British Columbia in 1976, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1977. He is a Senior Partner in the Family Law Department in the Toronto law firm of Torkin Manes LLP. Mr. Wolfson is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Family Law. He was appointed as Dispute Resolution Officer of the Superior Court of Justice. He is a co-Founding Editor of Money & Family Law: Planning - Valuation - Division - Succession and a co-author of Best of Money & Family Law: Valuation, Division, Taxation and Succession.
