About the Author
Christopher Nobes, H.B.A., C.A., C.B.V., is a Principal at Campbell Valuation Partners Limited, one of Canada's leading consulting firms dealing in business valuation, financial litigation and business acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Nobes is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario Richard Ivey School of Business. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. Mr. Nobes, co-author of Canada Valuation Service, is also the author of various Valuations publications and has presented various seminars on the topic of Business Valuations.
Howard E. Johnson, MBA, FCPA, FCA, FCMA, CBV, CPA, CFA, ASA, CF, C.Dir is Managing Director of Veracap M&A International Inc. and its sister firm, Campbell Valuation Partners Limited. He has extensive experience in business valuation, acquisition, divestiture and shareholder value advisory assignments for public and private companies in a wide range of industries.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants and the Society of Management Accountants of Canada and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Chartered Financial Analysts Institute, and American Society of Appraisers. He is a frequent speaker at North American conferences on the subjects of business valuation, acquisitions, divestitures and shareholder value enhancement.
Ian R. Campbell, B.B.A, F.C.A., F.C.B.V, co-author of Canada Valuation Service, is a principal at Campbell Valuation Partners Limited. Mr. Campbell is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and a founding member and Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. Mr. Campbell has broad practical experience gained from present and past ownership interest in private corporations, and from having held various public and private company directorships. Mr. Campbell has published various publications on the topic of Business Valuations.
