About the Author
The Honourable Justice S. Casey Hill, following a professional career as appellate counsel before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, has presided for over 20 years as a member of the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario). He is a former Bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada and a frequent lecturer/panelist to judicial and lawyers' groups in Canada and internationally.
Louis P. Strezos, B.A., LL.B., is a member of the Criminal Lawyers' Association. His practice includes criminal trials, appellate and constitutional cases. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal, and Ontario Court of Appeal.
David M. Tanovich, B.A., M.A., LL.B., LL.M., is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor where he teaches and writes in the areas of criminal law, evidence, legal ethics, and racial profiling. He is a nationally recognized expert who has written more than 40 books and articles. He is a former appellate counsel with Pinkofsky Lockyer in Toronto and a law clerk with Chief Justice Antonio Lamer of the Supreme Court of Canada.
